Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 8 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of lucidmargin.online, published by JustOne s.r.o., Světová 523/1, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, company registration 24160644, VAT number CZ24160644. Reading the site means these terms apply; there is nothing to sign and no account to open.
What the site is
It is a free, informational workbook about setting up an online game on a desktop or laptop computer. It is general in nature and written for a broad readership in Australia. It is not professional advice of any kind — not legal, financial, consumer, security or technical advice about your particular circumstances — and it should not be used in place of advice from someone who knows your situation. Where a question has an official Australian answer, the workbook points you at the body that gives it rather than giving it itself.
It is not accredited training. There is no enrolment, no assessment, no certificate, no qualification and no record kept of who has read what. Nothing here confers a credential and nothing represents that it does.
Product information changes
Anything specific to a product — system requirements, prices, availability, age rules, refund terms, what a shop contains — belongs to the vendor and can change without notice to us. The workbook deliberately avoids restating such figures and directs you to the vendor instead. Check the vendor's own current information before you rely on anything, and before you create an account or spend money.
Third-party sites
This site links to other websites, including Australian government bodies and a game vendor reached through a paid affiliate link. Those sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, their terms or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond its usefulness for the purpose described where it appears. The Affiliate Disclosure explains which links are paid and what the publisher is paid for.
Using the material
The text, layout and code of this site belong to JustOne s.r.o. You may read it, print the checklists, and keep or share copies for your own non-commercial use, including within a household, a classroom or a community group, provided the source is identified and nothing is altered. Republishing substantial parts of the workbook commercially, or presenting it as someone else's work, is not permitted. Brand names belonging to others are used only to describe those products.
Availability
The site is published as it is. It may be unavailable at times, for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and pages may be changed, rewritten or removed as part of the regular review described on the About page.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those rights apply in full, whatever anything else on this page says.
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent the law permits, JustOne s.r.o. is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its general information, including loss arising from decisions you make about a game, an account, a purchase or a computer. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the information or paying the cost of having it resupplied — noting that the site is supplied free of charge.
Contact and complaints
Write to info@lucidmargin.online. Corrections are welcome and are the most useful thing this address receives. Questions about a game account, a purchase or a refund have to go to that game's own support channel, because we have no access to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where JustOne s.r.o. is established, and the Czech courts have jurisdiction over disputes about them. That choice does not displace the consumer protections available to you under the law of Australia, or of the place where you live, where those protections cannot be excluded by agreement — including the consumer guarantees administered by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission at accc.gov.au.
Changes to these terms
Revised terms are published on this page with a new effective date. The version in force is the one published here when you read the site.
