Contact
There is no contact form on this site, and there is not going to be one. A form would mean collecting what you typed and storing it somewhere; an email address means the message sits in your own sent folder as well as ours, and you can see exactly what you sent.
The address
Messages are read by the editorial team at JustOne s.r.o. and answered in English. Replies are usually sent within a few working days; a privacy request is answered within 30 days, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
What to write about
A correction. The most useful message this site receives. Name the page, quote the sentence, and say what is wrong with it. Corrections are applied at the next review of the whole set, and a substantive change moves the review date shown in every footer.
A question the workbook does not answer. Worth asking, with one caveat below: questions that keep arriving are the main reason a step gets rewritten.
A privacy request. To ask what personal information is held about you, or to have it corrected, put Privacy request in the subject line. There is no charge for making such a request.
A complaint about this site. Write first, and you will have an answer within 30 days. If the answer does not resolve it, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner handles privacy complaints at oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.
What this address cannot help with
JustOne s.r.o. is not a game publisher, a retailer, a reseller or a support channel for any product named in the workbook, and has no access to anybody's game account. Questions about an account, a purchase, a refund, a ban or a technical fault in a game must go to that game's own support channel; a message sent here cannot be forwarded and will not reach them.
This address also cannot give legal, financial or technical advice about your particular situation. Where a question has an Australian answer, the About page lists the bodies that give it — the ACCC for consumer guarantees, the OAIC for privacy, the eSafety Commissioner for online safety, Scamwatch for scams, the Australian Cyber Security Centre for account security and the Australian Classification Board for classifications.
What happens to your message
It is received by our email service provider, which may store or process data outside Australia, and kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation unless it is needed for a legal claim. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else. It is never added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. Anything you send that is not needed to answer you is deleted where it is lawful and reasonable to do so. The Privacy Policy sets all of this out principle by principle.
You may write under a pseudonym or from an address that does not identify you, and your message will still be answered — except where you are asking for access to or correction of personal information, in which case identity has to be established first, or there is nothing to match the request against.
